    New DVD recorders will now come with special software that must be installed before one uses the recorder.

    There is a new bios in the new recorders coming out in the fourth quarter of this year. The software that is said to come with these new recorders will install directly into windows system files locking out such software as ANYDVD AND DVD43 DVD Decryptor.

    If you are planning on upgrading your DVD recorder this year, this is something that you may want to consider buying a new recorder before the fourth quarter of this year.
