    I have ripped a DVD with DVD Decrpyter.....I now want to encode into mpeg1 Pal 4-3......I have tryed about 4 different programs and used my knowledge up ...Each time I have faced a problem ..no audio or no video ....
    Whats a fool proof utility (s) for getting my rip into MPg 1 format

    Ghoster..This is the guide I have basicly always used <<<https://www.videohelp.com/mpeg2tovcd.htm>>>BUT this time the dv2 will not load into TMPGEnc.. I have 2 files DiskOneComplete.dv2 and DiskOneComplete AC3 T01 2_0ch 256Kbps DELAY -66ms.ac3 ......Have I the wrong version of TMPGEnc? I am using v2.524.63.181...

    After the above failure I have used other programs after searching Google but theres always a glitch ...

    Send a message via MSN to mats.hogberg
    Try creating a fake avi for the D2V with VFAPI Reader.
    Decode the AC3 to wav using headac3he.
    Use fake AVI as video source, the wav as audio source in TMPGEnc.
