    Looks cool Garibaldi
but one thing, why is the photo of the car (t-bird) on the first page so big ?? the photo itself is obviously resized in the html of the page, i was wondering why it took so long to load and when i checked the photo itself it is HUGE!!!!!!

    840.37 KB
It was so big this site would not even lat me upload it here

Resize it down to this for the actual photo loading on the page,

Did'nt know if you realised it or not, could make for a REALLY slow load on dialup

    Love old cars!!!!!!!

Was a faitful watcher all 5 years since the first episode!!! the only time anyone could say for sure where i was have all 5 boxsets and have watched them many times, even had them all on VHS (as soon as they were released)

Don't know if you know about this site, it's pretty much just custom high res covers for a few box sets, like B5, ST, STtng, DS9, SW, Ect.
    http://www.rixgrafix.com/
And the lurkers guide is one of a few places i used to surf, have to check my bookmarks as i have not looked at them in some time
& did i notice the upwards movement of the VH link

I've seen the whole series except for season 3, scifi cut me off when they dropped the series. I did buy seasons 4 & 5 on dvd after that. What an absolutely amazing show!

What did you think of Sleeping In Light?

Yep, best Sci-Fi show as far as i'm concerned 8)

I liked sleeping in light, kind of cool that sheridan went off with "the first ones" over all it was a good episode except i hated when they blew the station apart and that it was the last episode

It was really a very moving episode (IMO of couse), such a powerful ending, and it didn't even have a real plot! The destruction of the station was sad, but really appropriate considering that it was destroyed because of beaurocrats and the destruction made no real sense. Sheridan's whole demise was very powerful too, very moving. The whole episode was just very well written out and acted, like the rest of the series!

Yep, it was about a 9 on the sadness meter.....
How they sort of jumped into the future (where they were at in that episode)
And were toasting their dead friends, lando, marcus, g'kar...
Too bad it ended up being only 5 years because they could have went so much farther if they could/would have put off that last episode for another few years.... there could have been so many more episodes!!
I liked how even though every episode was basically diff. yet all tied together for the whole 5 year story, how after acouple of years sinclair ended up being valin who basicaly changed the whole minbari culture, soooo many diff. aspects of the story.... just a great series with a great story... on sooo many diff. levels.

Exactly! So many different levels and stories that all play out throughout the 5 year arc. Unforunately JMS only intended it to be 5 years so more wasn't really possible, but would have been great! The story as whole was so intricate and detailed, and the characters are so vivid and real, its like you really know them.

I know he only wrote it as a 5 year story (sucks!!!!!) but i would just think if it was doing so good he could have expanded it and maybe tried to keep it going for a while longer because their was definately places to go with the story yet 8)
I just hated to see it go after 5 years of watching it, i was dreading it for acouple of years beforehand

I have crusade and that was an okay off shoot and the ranger's looked pretty good but i have not seen anything except trailers for it because i got rid of cable awhile before they ever came out with it as i only watched like 2 stations and one i could get localy and i hardly never watch tv

I'm glad your new forum is doing so well Garibaldi. It doesn't take long looking at some of the classic car pics before I'm salivating. Many of those cars I have wanted since I was a teenager 8)

Like you said it would have been so great to have more seasons! And of course they all would have been high quality, JMS would have seen to that.

I've never seen crusade, but from what I've read it basically bombed out after the first season.

I would be very interested to see JMS's new star trek treatment that he's written to completely revitalise star trek.
