    Hello,
    My current setup for recording is JVC S9911U-BVP-4-Panasonic Dvd Recorder. I have read such good things about the jvc's TBC, do I really need a stand alone TBC, or will the jvc be enough. Thanks, Ron

    Only for certain tapes that have some type of error the JVC can't correct, or if you plan on recording commercially produced, copy-protected tapes. Otherwise, you should be fine.
