I've designed the front of my business card, but I want to put something on the back. I'm a private teacher, and I want a price list on the back, along with a small run-down of courses I teach (Kinda common over here) Anyway, for the life of me, I can't come up with anything even half-decent...so I figured someone might know of a good business card creator...

I'm afraid I do them the easy way with Microsoft Word and the business card template. If you have a simple drawing program, you can add graphics there, also. Most word processors have the template included.
I like the Avery business card paper. The edges break very clean and separate without any visible perforations. -
Publisher has plenty of templates to use, though backsides on cards are sometimes a tricky thing, it depends on how the template or the program sets up the cards on a page. Do yourself a favor and make sure your cards don't have bleeds (color or print going to the edge of the card).
FB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
I create 2-sided cards in Word, side-by-side and 5 to a page. Cut to strips and fold in the middle. Then I laminate them. Relatively cheap and looks really good. Cards will last for years. A drawback and/or benefit is that you can't write on them.
