This is my first post here. I have read on this site for several days. And also on www.shspvr.com. Can't find the answer to this.
I have a Win-TV PVR-150 bought recently. I tried my first full capture from VHS home movie. Certain portions of the capture exhibit a shaking back and forth. Is this jitter? (See screenshot below.)
Also a side questions? My PVR only captures audio in mpeg up to 384kb. Is this compatbile now a days with most DVD players?

According to what I could get out of that article you suggested it doesn't appear to be the problem. The samples on that site had uniform lines appearing thru the picture. This problem I have causes the picture to shake back and forth very fast with curved non uniform lines but only in certain places not in the whole video.
That site said that all VHS was interlaced so mine must be interlaced. I don't think that this PVR-150 de-interlaces. It captures to MPEG2.
I hooked the VCR to the Television and it doesn't exhibit the problem there.
Any more ideas?
Thanks.Sperry
