hi. mates. i have some quicktime movies. i made it for some little training purpose. and now i want to sell my cd in the market.. so is there anything by which i will protect my cd, for illegal copying.? or is there anysoftware through which i can convert my movies into a exe file. so i will manually protect them as a exe through some protection software? or if not quicktime then tell me some other file format. which is easily converted to exe files.?
please help me with this. and i will be very very greatful to you.

There are several ways to do this.
Any video cannot be protected. There is always a way around this. The best way to protect yourself is to package the video inside another container.
With that said, I would recommend Flash Professional 2004. It has GREAT video support, can be pulled into web pages, and can be exported as an EXE. There are even "add-ons" for Flash that will package the swf file within an EXE that has a custom icon, splash screen and limited "trial" capabilities.
If you want the best video quality possible, get Sorensen Squeeze, and use it to compress your videos as Flash video, and then Flash Pro 2004 to package the video.
Flash includes player controls, so you can even create a custom player for your videos and give it a really polished, professional look and feel.
Flash Pro has a 30 day demo so if you work fast, you could even produce the finished product, start marketing it, and use the revenue to purchase the full version, leaving you with no out-of-pocket expenses.
