i'm looking at getting a media center computer. i've been looking pretty hard at the HP M1090N. i'm also looking at the HP M1280N, although not as seriously, just because of the LightScribe burner. i like the specs on the M1090N and they're pretty cheap right now ($900-$1000). anybody have either of these? comments on them or something better?

Yeah, now that you can buy XP MCE you can put it on whatever home-build you want. The only nice thing about some of the OEMs is that the purpose-built HTPC cases are kinda cool, but you can buy several versions of those now as well.
