I've finally been successful in creating my own SVCDs out of DivX files and am looking to lessen the interactive time to do multiple conversions at once. So far I've been able to master batch enconding of the video to MPEG2 standards and the pulldown process but now I'm looking for a way to automate the audio portion and muxing.
Is there a way I can automate ripping the .wav file from a set of DivX files? I'm using VDub now but I have to wait up to 5 mins per movie and when trying to automate up to 10 movies that means I sit there for an hour clicking buttons. After that's complete I can batch the .wav -> .mp2 process in TMPGEnc but toolame (newest rev on XP) crashes on me and I have to use TMPGEnc's internal encoder. Not only is it slow but the quality is debatable. Is there a better way or different tool?
I've also been using BBMPEG (newest version) to perform muxing of the (.m2v and .mp2) files when complete. I can't seem to figure out a way to enter in multiple sets of .m2v and .mp2 files for batch muxing.
If anyone can hep with any of these issues I would be most appreciative.
Thanks!
