I'm codiffying MPEG4 video to do multicast throw a satellital transponder.
The problem I have is because the bandwidth is 1Mb, and when the packages weight are more than 1Mb, the video is not sended.
Do someone know how can I codify MPEG4 with "constant bitrate" or with "Max bitrate"?
I just only founded ImToo MPEG Encoder to soportate max bitrate on MPEG4, but it fail encding when I use this option.
