    Has anyone tried the new / latest firmware for the Lite-On LVW-5007 dvd recorder?
    I am curious as to what it adds.
    I don't see a change log.

    Depending on what it adds, I might not want to bother "up"grading, especially since it works fine now and who knows what might happen with the new firmware (unexpected bugs etc.)...

    I purchased my unit on 31 January. Until I installed the firmware upgrade, I would encounter frequent lockups and the TV Guide online didn't function. Problems resolved after firmware upgrade.
