Having noticed the percentage of buffer is only 0 to 2% when copy DVD files, is it just right? If no, is the buffer adjustable when copy the files with the DVD Decrypter?

The buffer should be low when just copying,if it was high then you would be using too much resources. The buffer should be high when burning.

I am talking about the ripping process with the DVD Decrypter. So the buffer is adjustable, correct? Do you know how to adjust the buffer, from the low to high or from the high to low? Thanks.
