    First I would like to say sorry if I have posted in the wrong forum.
    I have been searching for hours and days for more info on converting PAL DVD to NTSC DVD.I have several programs ,software just not sure it the right steps of converting /encoding. Some of the the programs I have are Canpous procoder,tmgpenc.dgindex.many more.All info is greatly appreciated. thank you

    if you have canopus procoder

    step 1. load source into procoder

    step 2. select ntsc mpeg2 dvd profile and set bitrate

    step 3. start encoding

    ok, I did that but when it was encoded into a diffrent folder all the vob's that were rencoded were put in seperate folders for each diffrent vob's example a vob that was named vidoe_02_1 ,02_2,02_3is now called video_01_1,01_2,01_3.To make this more clear it is a dvd with diffrent episodes,menu for each one.also I have no audio

    how about just get a pal dvd player that can play ntsc -- as most do ...
