Well currently im WinRARing my 2 video folders, total of 9.6 gigs with about 2 hours left. But im wondering whats the best compression technique for video files, 50/50 on the most compression and fastest time. Thanks

Unless your videos are raw video I see no real reason to compress them. Even then it would be a waste of time.

you cant really compress video with win-rar/zip/ace, whatever.. mp3's either.. they're good if you've got like 500 mp3's and you need to send them to someone, but you only want to send 1 file.. even then you dont compress, you just store. video & audio is already compressed, those programs arent going to compress them anymore.
