    Hi guys.

I want to backup my episodic DVD movies while preserving the menus. Is there an all-in-one freeware program that'll do this? I normally use DVDFab 0.17 for regular movie discs, but it doesn't support episodic discs.

    Any advice would be appreciated!

    Thanks.

Well, my Family Gy box set has DVD9 discs, and one disc has seven episodes on it )~7 GB), which is way too big even without menus, etc.

Thus, I'm looking for a freeware program that'll let me split it into 2 DVD5s while keeping the menus.

As Sifaga says, Vobblanker. Try looking into the suggestions offered, before discarding them.

Will VOB Blanker allow for a DVD9 disc to be split into 2 DVD5s?

Vobblanker wont split your dvd9 to 2 dvd5's , its a tool that you use to remove stuff from the dvd

ie. remove 3 episodes and keep 4 then burn disc 1

then leave the 3 you removed and remove the 4 then burn disc 2
