    Is it possible to have multiple soundtracks in TMPGEnc DVD Author at all? If so, how do I do it?

    Nope.

    DVD-lab pro, Ulead DVD Workshop, dvdauthorgui, guifordvdauthor are some tools that supports switchable audio tracks.

    But it says in the tools section "audio multi-track settings". What does that mean?

    I changed it to video multi-track or also called multiple VTS(VideoTitleSets)....I don't why it said audio...

    Yes, you can make a DVD with 2 different channels/languages with TMPGEnc DVD Author. When u use a stereo audio source you can choose te encode it as stereo or as a bilangual/2channel.
    I use that option a lot for some TV channels overhere so I can choose the dutch or english language when I playback the DVD.
