    DISC is something round
    DISK is for storage, but not round.

    Disc = cd-r/dvdr
    disk= floppy
    Which a floppy is actually round.... just it's encasement is not

    It depends where you live! In America we spell it "Disc", but in other countries it's spelled "Disk".

    the latin words with "C"

    disk/disc came from an old greek word

    then we have to write: "diszk"
