  1. Hi,

I have captured avi (type2) from my digital camcorder using DVIO and I am in the process of trying to convert to m2v and mp2 using TMPGENC.

The problems is that I can't hear anything on the mp2 audio file - i tried writing the dvd just to rule that out and it did not work

i have successfuly done this before and think there is something that has slipped my mind (perhaps maybe the mp2 file needs to be converted - or it is not an actual mp2 file and needs converted to a proper one???) - but i can't be sure of this.

If anyone can help me - that would be great - i was trying to get these done for tonight as they are for a friend who is leaving the country in the next few days.

I am off to a career fair or some crap like that - so i won't b able to check this again for a few hours - but thanks for responding if u do - would love to get this over with - been hanging over my head for the last week

    cheers (img)billhicks.jpg(/img)

Also, did you remember to change the sample rate of the audio to 48Khz for DVD?
