Ok, so I searched on this and all I could find was topics on how to get around DRM protection. What I am trying to do is not that. I purchased T2 with the WMV HD content. I also have windows media edition and have all my movies backed up to play off my hard drive (they are catalogued using My Movies). As I understand it, T2 has online DRM checking, which is fine (I believe) because WMP will automatically connect to the internet to get the license right?
But what about movies that have the DRM on the disc? Will copying the movie to my HD still be able to access the DRM license or will I have to insert the original disc everytime I want to watch it?
Thanks!

If you are copying the whole disc and not ripping the movie....it should work just fine.
