  1. I have an avi file and I want to burn it to a cd. My question is should I use Ntsc, Pal or Ntsc film when I connvert it to mpeg, do I need to decompress the audio. When I right click the file and choose summary the property say.
    Audio

    Audio format - Mp3
    Average dat - 6.967 kb/sec
    sample rate - 22.50 khz
    channels - 2(stereo)

    Video
    Stream Name {The movie title}
    frame width - 352 pixels
    frame heigth - 288 pixels
    Play length - 4351.125 seconds
    frame count - 54389
    data rate - 44.169 kb/sec
    Video sample - 24 bit
    Video compr... Divxmpg4 V3

    Can someone tell me how to convert this and burn it to make a vcd.

  2. NTSC is the video standard in the USA, Canada and Japan. PAL is the video standard in Europe. Assuming you are using TMPGenc, use the template for where you live.
