"Real Metadata" or "Real Media?" Real Metadata files (RMP extention) are merely pointers to other data or URLs. Now, if you wanted to convert Real Media files to another video format, it's probably best to use EO Video ... and there's a guide on this site to help you through the process (click here to read the guide).
