    While combining .srt's (in BBedit) I extracted from VOB's I noticed halfway the time codes start over at zero. Seems I am unable to join the .srt's this way, or am I missing something? Only way out I see is do some calculation and alter the timecode starting at zero to what it should be.
    Does anyone have a solution?

    You should indeed first resync the second half in respect to actual in/out movie positions. You may try SubSyncX for that, as well as to join .srt files.
