HI,
I wanna capture VHS to my PC.
What do I need ? A capture TV in/out card?? and what software do I use for capturing??
Can I capture with Premiere 6.

You need a TV in out card (search the Forum for recommendations on that) and you should uses VirtualDub for maximum results (though AVI-IO has gotten rave reviews as well....

Yep you need a capture card (TV IN) and you can use Virtual Dub in the tools section. If you buy a card at a store software is usually provided. I prefer using Virtual Dub because it is easy and has many features that you can use for capturing. Premiere does have the ability to capture.

I think Premiere only captures from DV? I couldn't get it to work for me, I've used AVI_IO, VirtualDub and the software that came with my ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon card, all with varying degrees of success.

...no, Premiere supports analog capture cards. I'm not sure about your card though, so you might want to check Adobe's capture card compatibility list... -
sorry but Adobe Premiere supports Analog capture cards only be sure that there is an plugin for this capture card.
from Pinnacle you have several options the DC30+ DV500 DC1000 DC2000 and the Pro One.
