Hi, all!
Same as the title..
Can I add an audio track to my menus in TMPGEnc DVD Author?
I used to use Sonic MyDVD and it would let me, but it screws with my video file sizes badly... so I've been using (and loving) TMPGEnc so far... and if I can add audio, it'll make this program perfect to me.
Thanks!

You can add audio if you go to the Menu Settings. However, the program only allows for you to add the adio of the first track into the menu and not a custom track.

Shoot... that's what I wanted to do...
since it has you load up the Video folder into another program, would there be a way to do it that way? (my burner is Roxio Media Creator 7)
Just wondering..-Mike -
You can add any audio you want with the background image in tmpgenc dvd author, doesnt have to be the first track.
I think,therefore i am a hamster. -
I have been trying to do this, but can't...can someone give a step by step how? thanks

In a separate MPEG encoder (TMPGEnc, for example), make an MPEG using your menu image as the video source and your audio file as the audio source. Use the resulting file for your menu, making sure that the background audio duration setting in TMPGEnc DVD Author matches the duration of that file.
