  1. I'm planning on asking for a DVD player for XMAS. I need somethings thats going to play VCD's good and not that expensive. Also guys wanna post me some tips are how to get the movie to look the best. Going to be burning TS,Screeners etc...THANKS!

  2. Check out the DVD Players compatibility list and read comments to research players.

    I have a Pioneer 333 and love it. I bought my parents the Apex 500w at Walmart for $86. Both players are quite good at playing any brand of CD-R or CD-RW.

    If you're burning Telesyncs and Screeners, then you're not actually doing any encoding yourself, correct? So there's really no way to make them look better or worse than the source files that you download.

    You can get the pioneer dv-434 progressive scan dvd player that plays EVERYTHING for $134 at sears, find the best on-line price, currently $134, print it out and take it to sears, they will match any on-line price!
