    I'm so lost when it comes down to figuring out the bit rate for an XSVCD. I have TMPEnc and I was wondering if there were any templates out there for an XSVCD. Or at least an in depth newbie guide to make an xsvcd because i've check just about everywhere and I can only find stuff for XVCD's not XSVCDs.

    Any Help or Comments Appreciated.

    Nope.. that really didn't help. I've seen that page before. I need help figuring out the bitrate and any other special options or filters?
