I use TMPGEnc Xpress 3.0 on serveral divx or xvid to NTFS standard mpegs and they usually turn out very good to excellent, but out of about 9, 2 had some motion blurriness. Now this last one was a 70 min movie and had an avg bit rate of 7200 which is even higher then most and I checked 8000 max as I usually do. I also selected motion detection to "highest". So I don't understand on a couple of these why I get this motin blurriness that I don't get on most of the others. Any clues? TIA
