This place was actually starting to be a little fun, again. Mrs. Cap was quite entertaining and contributed nicely in her short tenure.

I've been here for a while and have seen it in its' rowdiest form. This place was DAMN close to be being completely written off by Baldrick. Cap loved this place and he took it under his wing to save it from utter deletion.

I too preached of how it had gone in the dumper and doubted Cap's ability to resusitate life into this place after the great purge. Read my older posts -- hell I even led a revolution and moved to the Feedback forum as a sign of rebellion -- viva la revolution! I preached doom and gloom that this forum would never be the same -- and you know what; it wasn't. It was actually better in some cases.

Cap put himself in a very unenviable and difficult position. He tried as best he knew how to make this place a fun place where we could let our hair down to some extent and just screw around having fun. Sure he made some decisions that in hindsight he would undo if he could. He certainly didn't deserve the shit he had to put up with and have some he considered friends stab him in the back.

He did not deserve to be treated the way he was by some. He loved this forum and the folks in it. He did the very best he could. And the thanks he got was grief and heartache -- oh and a Pub which exists practically for the sole purpose of draggin him through the mud!

Some of you should really be ashamed of yourselves. All I can say is this is really fucked up.

Mackemx -- Nothing against you or your site.. I have seen that you try to settle things down there quite often and typically try to interject some level of sanity into some of the things that are posted -- as does Jimmalenko.

I know you did not start the Pub with any ill intent -- it has however become a place where some of the Malcontents from OT go to whimper and whine and cast stones at those they cannot or will not directly confront.

There are many that go there just to have fun and I apologize if I painted your "Pub" and ALL of its' members in a bad way. There are some that choose your fine place as a place to spew venom and it is them that I have a beef with.
