songs r difrf volumes on a hard drive does that mean its a bad rip or a bad hard drive?? are all drives the same right?? u cant buy a drive thats guna play low perorfamnce in files u play such as mp3, avi etc??

No. The hard drive will store data, or it won't. If a file is corrupt, it should not be able to access it.
It just sounds like you have made a compilation of MP3s from different sources, and the amplitude of the waveform (how loud it is) is different. Either that, or if you are talking about differences between albums then you can expect slight variance anyway.
You can normalise them using various utilities - have a search on Google for MP3 normalisers.
It won't be your hardware, anyway. I'm sure that's a relief to yourself and your wallet!
