ilo dvdr04 firmware update

I have tried to update the firmware on my ilo when i put the disk in it reads it displays on the screen as a data disk but wont do the update. I have tried diffrent disks re-downloaded the firmware and checked all settings in nero. The firmware is correct for my serial # any ideas on what the problem could be.

Maybe you already have the latest version?

Is the disc readable in the browser?

put your player in dvd mode, meaning before you put the disc in, put it on the screen where it has the ILO wallpaper in the background, it wont work if your in the setup screen or in input mode.

What kinds of disks did you try, CDR & CD-RW?
Which brands?

thanks the problem was it was in input mode once i switched modes it worked like a charm.
