I've got some home videos (DV format) that I've been editing down in Premiere Pro (7.0), and I seem to be having an issue exporting the movie to an avi. The problem is that I've got a title displayed for 8 seconds, then a additive dissolve into the first clip of video. However, when I export the video, the resulting avi file starts playing at the beginning of the transition, while the audio maintains the 8 seconds of silence beforehand. I've tried exporting to DV and to avi (Huffyuv) with the same results. I've even tried swapping Video 1 and Video 2 in the timeline, also with the same results. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be very grateful.![]()

Nevermind, I seem to have figured it out. I need to render the work area before exporting...
