i know about the case against Kaleidescape.

it is a very high end system costing megabucks that streams movies throughout a house .... you rip your movies to a hard drive, but can't copy them or even access them outside the system ... everyone was kinda supprised that they got sued ...

i just checked the stores here in canada and they sell the 321 Studios DVD X Copy Platinum and still have copies left of 321 Studios DVD Copy Plus 4.2

go figure
