Auto Fit
New in this release is the "Auto Fit" AVI button:
It is only enabled when you have avi titles (i.e assets which are in the dvd structure).
It is recommended that you click it before authoring regardless of whether the DVD size indicator is above or below the 4.37GB limit. This way you will get the best quality for your avi to mpeg encoding.
Auto fit will deduce the best encoding bitrate for the whole DVD - such that all the titles will fit on a 4.37GB DVDR.
If the calculated bitrate is low (i.e you have many minutes of AVI content) then the encoding will be to Half-D1 resolution. This happens, typically, when the total duration of the avi titles is over 3 hours.
The size of the resultant DVD should be exactly 4.37GB - enough to fill a DVDR. There is however a small safety margin and if Half-D1 is used then it will be a little less. Also in some cases the source material will not encode at a high enough bitrate... in these cases too the size will be lower than 4.37GB.
Obviously if the total duration of the avi titles is low then the maximum bitrate allowed by the DVD specification will be used but this may not produce a DVD which fills up the disk.

I have included in this release most of peoples recent requests. I don't intend to add any more new features until after v2.0 is finally released.
Instead i shall be comitted to quashing any remaining bugs!!
