  1. hello alll

I have a bunch of home dvds that i have created and now i want to select certain vob from each dvd , collect all and burn to one dvd to give it to a friend (no need to edit any video). Most of my .vob have these specifications:

    Video Attribute :
    Video compression mode : MPEG-2
    TV system : 525/60 (NTSC)
    Aspect Ratio : 4:3
    Display Mode : reserved
    Source picture resolution : 704x480
    Frame Rate : 29.97
Source picture letterboxed : Not letterboxed
    Bitrate : 9.00Mbps

so my question is can i just burn .vob files to a new cd and it will work on his standalone dvd player?
and in case i want to resize my vobs to a smaller size so i can fit as much as possible on one dvd ! how can i do that ?
    thank you

Tmpgenc DVD Author, add video (?) and load each required vob. Output the results to disk, then use DVD Shrink to make it fit on one disk.

Not the best way, but I suspect anything that provides high quality will be to complex at this stage.
