    He's drunk and keeps locking the door while posting the OPEN sign. It's disgruntling all the alcoholics and the AA members. He had a sober moment and unlocked the john, but he's gotten into a stirring debate with the toilet and is feeling a bit flushed to recompose himself and sober up.
