Philips DVD751 & DVD622 any experiences?

Looking to buy my first DVD player and noticed the above models at good prices. They are both supposed to play SVCD's but how good is the quality and can you skip through the discs with FF?
Any experiences would be much appreciated

Ive got the 622 and it does play SVCD's, quality is great as long as youve done a good conversion. You cannot FF with SVCD's BUT there is a feature of the player which lets you enter in a time and it will start playing from that point of the disc. So if youve only watched half a disc, dont worry you can get it back to the same spot!!

Ive also played VCD's and MP3 CD's fine. MP3 filenames are not displayed tho'
