  1. I just bought a 50" Panny LCD RPTV and got this player thrown in with the deal. When I play my dvd-r movies for some reason it will play most of the movie then begin to pixelate and eventually freeze up all together. I was hoping someone else had this player and was wondering what type of media they found to be compatible.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    What are media using now?

Use good media like Taiyo Yuden.

How old of a model is the Tshiba you have when was it manufacturered. Help us help you.

    What burner do yuo have?

Most burners these days say +/- but actually have a preference to which it burns better.

Some have a heavy preference like Lite On is much much better with + than -.

And you probably should have posted this in the Media Forum not the DVD player Forum.

Do you do a search on the site before psoting do a search for any Toshiba players and find out whats the general preference for Toshiba players.
    snappy phrase

    I don't know what you're talking about.
