Audio Conversion Help?

im having trouble remembering a program that pretty much converted anything audio wise to anything you wanted. it was free and it did batch conversion. it also had shell integration so all i had to do was right-click the file i wanted to convert and just hit convert. i know alot of programs do this, but what was a little different about this one was that it gave you an option to use an outside codec, like LAME. and it let you use the alt preset standard option and all that.

if this isnt a good enough description, could some of you possibly give me a link to a good audio discussion forum? thx
