After installing this prog, it created an InterVideo folder with several subfolders (including the Playlists folder) in My Documents. However, I do not want that folder in that location. If I delete it, it comes back the next time I open Windvd; likewise, if I try to move the folder to another location, it gets recreated in My Documents as soon as I open Windvd. I cannot for the life of me find any option anywhere on this prog that allows one to change the default location of this folder. Can it somehow be done?
Thanks in advance.

I agree. VERY annoying. Does anyone have any ideas or workarounds? Please post if so.
This is the reason I have never purchased WinDVD even though I like the program. Everytime a new version comes out I check to see if this folder has been eradicated but still nothing. I have sent a couple emails to Intervideo and never get a response.
Pericles, if you are the type of person who leaves your "hidden files and folders" hidden, you may try to hide the folder so you never have to see it. Right click>properties and check hidden at the bottom. Hopefully WinDVD will not "unhide" it. Unfortunately this is not an option for me as I have all my folder "unhidden".
This seems to be a growing trend among obnoxious programmers who asume everyone's Documents folder is such a mess anyway that no one would care if another folder is added to the chaos without an option to change it's location.
Ideas anyone? Thanks.
