which mpeg2 codec does tmpegenc 3 express use by default

i had power dvd (now uninstalled but codec may still be on machine)

i have the elecard one installed

also have multiple mpeg2.dec in nandub virtual dub etc

or does it use its own internal one


same questiion in relation to wmv now
does it come with its own built in or does it source it from windows moviemaker/media player
