Anyone have troubles backing up "The Village"?

Hey, just watched the Village last night on stand alone player but my DVR-108 in my pc won't recognize the disk, much less rip it with DVDdecrypter.

Anyone else have the same experience?

Ive had no probs. since i put ANYDVD on my pc.

No problems here either. Do you have the newest version of DVDdecrypter?

yes I have the latest version 3.5.2. I tried it on two pc's with no luck and then ripped other dvds afterwards no problem. maybe just a bad disk that works in stand alone player but not internal drives...that sounds kinda dumb.

Hmmm... I don't think the newest version of DVDdecrypter will help his problem.
Just that one dvd won't show up as being inserted in your drive or others also ? Just through DVDdecrypter or through windows explorer it won't show up also ?

A friend just bought her first dvd burner last week and had the same problem, no store bought dvd or burned dvd would show up even through windows explorer, just blank dvd-r's ? & the company that made the drive, the pc store, no one could figure out what was wrong ?
