PCI Composite output card

I have been wanting to get a card that would allow me to output the pc video to a tv set over composite. i was hopinh that i could find a card that just did that, becuase i dont need another tv tuner card, i just need a card to output to a tv set. am i stuck with getting a tv tuner card or are there any stnd alone cards only for pc output?

the reason im looking for this is that finding a VGA to composite cable is about impossible and buying a converter is alot more expensive then i had in mind. so even buying a tv tuner card would be cheaper, im just wondering if stand alone cards exist.

I don't know of any stand alone cards but many video cards have TV out. These usually give you a choice of composite or S-Video and don't cost much more than a video card without TV out.

I don't know of any TV tuner cards that give an output (some have an RF passthrough), most only have composite and S-video inputs.
