  1. So now and then I use my home DVD recorder to record films and such, I normally record more before and after the film just to be safe, which then leaves the final DVD with adverts before, during and after. What I'm wondering is after putting the DVD folders on my computer, can I somehow edit the vob's just to cut out the bits before, inbetween and after that I don't want, then burn it back to another DVD? I'm guessing you could rip it out to an avi or something, edit that, then recompress and such but surely there's a way of just editing the raw files then burning it again?

    I have done this same thing for over a year & use TMPGEnc DVD Author
    And add custom menus.
