    Hi, I want a program where I can put both Video and Photo onto the same dvd. I want it to have transistions, music and easy interface.

    Just about any video editing software will do what you want.

    Download Ulead's DVD Workshop Demo from their website. It's basic, it's easy, a variety of outputs....

    I'd give Slide Show Movie Maker a go. Its freeware but allows you to create great slideshows and includes many many transitions. You can add titles, music, and even Ken Burns Effects (panning and zooming). I would rendering with the XviD codec. You could then author it with GUI for DVD Author.
