Problem with CD writing

Hi ... Can someone please help ?? Every time my computer boots, there is a baloon that says that there is a CD file to be recorded. My machine has the Easy CD Creator that does all my CD operations. How do I find this file and delete it from my machine. Every time I put a CD in the R/RW drive, the Easy Creator opens. I have tried to click on the E: drive, but the creator starts and I see no files that need to be recorded. Help please

It sound as if you have a file to burn using XP's own burning application.

If I remember correctly, clicking on the baloon should take you to the file that is meant to be burned. You should be able to delete it from there.
