    Is it cheap? Look at the prices and decide for yourself.

    Does it work? Yes. My friend uses SkypeOut to call Norway from the UK all the time.

    Yes, I use it for calling a few countries. Works great in case of emergencies and such.

    How's the sound quality? My dl is 3megs and up is 500kb. Does the quality change depending to which country you call?

    For me the call quality has been pretty constant actually. Sometimes, the calls do not work though, because of some server problem, but most of the time they calls get through easily.
