cd/dvd clamshell in Canada?

Does anyone knows where I can get something like this in Canada?



The shipping cost from the US is prohibitive.
I have searched the web without success (ebay, web store, name it).

I have tried a similar item from blankmedia.ca and they sucks because they are all bent, which is pretty bad for dvd media.

They actually have some at the dollar store near me (Calgary); 10 pack for $1 for 2 each of 5 different colors.

I've also seen them at CompuSmart, though I can't find any on their website. But yeah, try the $1 store first.

they usually carry good stuff there - did you call them and ask ?

I have seen these carried all over actually, but i never liked them .. I think Creative Post tape/media dept. also carries them ..

I have sent them a picture that I took with my digital cam.
Here is the response I have received from them:

These are plastic and pliable and do bend under a number of different circumstances. They are plastic and this can happen with plastic. You could bend them back into shape i guess but we would be happy to take them back if you feel they are substandard

Like you see, they are willing to take them back but I think that they will ship them bent or not, because "it's normal that plastic do bend"

Still looking for cd/dvd shell / clam type.

I have tried your suggestions without success.

I could not find them in any dollar store I went (at least 6).
I saw something similar at Compusmart but they were not clear (only colored) and they were almost 1$ each

Anybody else?
