might be a stupid question, but i'm wondering if i can capture tv from svideo on this unit. (canopus advc 50) i have a gainward fx5600 with vivo, and normally good for capture. but if i capture hours of video (like more than 2) i get audio synch problems. i captured 8 hours from discovery times channel, and the video was great. but after like hour 2, the audio went out of sych (stretched video?). this was while capturing using sonic mydvd 6. the mainconcept encoder is great, but i'm hoping i can capture tv with the advc50 and lock the audio.

The ADVC-50 has locked audio as standard.

Oddly enough I have just posted my comments on this particular card there.
There are two ways of video input, s-video and video phono, which you should just make out from the picture below.
