  1. Using DVD Stripper, I ripped out everything that would come up if "angle 2" was selected. This fit easily on a DVD5 and I then figured I'd just go ahead and burn it. The movie plays fine on the PC but the standalone just goes to a black screen and basically hangs the unit. I guess I need to perform an extra step here after ripping that material out, but I know not what, and I can't find any guides to help me. Suggestions are appreciated, thanks!

  2. Nevermind, used DVD Decrypter to strip angle 2 out, it's kind of messed up but it's good enough.

    You need to re-author. The ifo's in your ripped video still have references to missing material which is why your player is hanging. Look here;

  4. Re-author? No. Use IfoEdit (has some bugs, but will work for some disks) or DvdReMake to strip angles and you are set.
