their customer service also sucks tho.. and they make u pay for shipping back to them and they also dont give you money back for the few test disks that sucked when they send you a bad pack of dvdrs . Im gonna stay away from them now, i used to be a loyal customer

Everybody makes you pay for return shipping. Rima, SMS, Meritline, shop4tech .... everybody. Most online businesses are like this. If you are not made to pay return, count your blessings, you got lucky.Originally Posted by BBock727

In a few cases, supermedia store has paid for my return shipping unlike Meritline whose disc printer came DOA.
